Registration for MODSIM World 2026 is open!
MODSIM World 2026 paid registration includes Tuesday and Wednesday breakfast, breaks, lunch and the Tuesday reception. You will receive an email registration confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Updated Payment Policy
NTSA charges a non-refundable 3% Administration and Technology fee on all credit card transactions. To avoid fees, you may pay for your registration with the no-cost payment option of eCheck.
Cancellation
Cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Carol Dwyer at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Cancellations received by 7 August will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 7 August. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations.

Registration is open to all those involved in the modeling, simulation, and training industry; U.S. Allies; and NATO member countries.
